Check your screen settings

To make sure the TB Coder screens display properly i.e. it fits onto your screen and has readable text and buttons, set your screen resolution to a minimum of 1024 x 768.

Check your internet connection

If TB Coder is not loading, or times out or displays an error, it might be that you're experiencing connectivity issues - i.e. between you and the internet. Here are a few things to try:

  • In the same browser, check that you can get to other websites, especially major ones e.g. www.google.com or even search for and go to a website that you wouldn't normally just to make sure that a website isn't stored in your cache - if you can visit other sites, the internet is working. This is a good way to make sure you haven't dropped your wireless connection if you happen to be using Wi-fi or a wireless hot spot service.
  • If you can connect to the internet but are still having trouble try shutting down/closing the browser completely and opening it or even another browser and trying again - this is just a way to make sure that you get a brand new connection to the TB Coder website in case something got in a tangle or some other website or internet service disrupted your previous attempt.
  • If this is the 1st time you've tried accessing Tb coder, check that you don't have firewall or proxy issues which will most likely occur in your workplace.

If it's clear to you that everything is working fine except for TB Coder, contact TB Coder support immediately, especially in the case of an error, so that we can make sure everything is running properly.
